Charlie Chou joins Ad Astra with over a decade of full spectrum civil litigation experience under his belt. Beginning his career at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP  he has represented a diverse range of clients including Sony, Wells Fargo, Oracle, and many other Fortune 500 companies.

He earned a B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2002 and graduated from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 2006.  He was the recipient of a full academic scholarship at both USC and U.C. Hastings.

In his free time, Charlie enjoys good food, exploration, and the company of old friends.

A self-admitted foodie with deep knowledge of the Bay Area restaurant and dive scene, Charlie’s favorites aren’t exactly the fanciest but rather the most comforting – pecan pie, doughnut holes, and chili.

Besides his epicurean exploits, Charlie is an extremely sharp-witted, competitive litigator with an emphasis on fairness. A decidedly strong family man, Charlie’s biggest admiration is his wife Grace for her unwavering patience and moral compass.
