Paige is an experienced civil litigator who represents individuals and companies in a variety of commercial, employment, and intellectual property matters. She is passionate about understanding the unique needs and issues of each dispute so that she can come up with a creative resolution to serve her client’s ultimate objectives.
As a litigator, Paige advocates for clients in state and federal courts throughout California, as well as before government agencies. She is well versed in navigating disputes involving contracts, fraud, fiduciary duties, and employment discrimination and harassment. She also has a deep knowledge of marketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws from her time working at the Federal Trade Commission and California Department of Justice, which she has applied to help settle a variety of consumer claims under favorable terms. She is also educated and experienced in trademark and copyright disputes, with a certification in Intellectual Property from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
Although she spends most of her time on litigation, Paige also provides general counsel and contract drafting services to businesses facing commercial, employment, and intellectual property issues. Her past projects include employment agreements, severance agreements, non-disclosure agreements, operating agreements, intellectual property assignment agreements, human resources policies, and privacy policies.
Starting the morning off with a strong cup of coffee, Paige’s routine involves a lot of reading, writing and complex problem solving that keeps her busy. After winding down her day with a deep yoga session, you’ll find Paige buried in the next Sci-Fi book on her list.

Before joining Ad Astra, Paige worked on litigation matters at various Bay Area law firms, the Federal Trade Commission, the California Department of Justice, and the California Supreme Court. As a result, Paige is versed in all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-litigation demands, pleadings, discovery, settlement, trial preparation, arbitration, and appellate briefing. She also has experience drafting a variety of documents to resolve problems without court intervention, including demand letters, settlement agreements, company buyout agreements, partnership agreements, and operating agreements.
