Paige’s colleagues revere her candid demeanor and shrewd intellect when it comes resolving business, employment, and real estate disputes. Although she is skilled litigator, Paige also enjoys seeking creative ways to resolve issues without seeking court intervention. Accordingly, she offers both civil litigation and transactional services.

In the scope of her business litigation practice, Paige specializes in intellectual property, corporate governance, and contractual disputes. She assists individuals and companies with securing and defending their trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. She also represents property and business owners in disputes involving their business entities or properties, especially in the regulated yet turbulent California cannabis, alcohol, and real estate industries.

In her employment practice, in addition to defending clients facing administrative actions and civil lawsuits, Paige provides advice to employers and contract drafting services. Her past projects include various employment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, arbitration agreements, severance agreements, and employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.

Starting the morning off with a strong cup of coffee, Paige’s routine involves a lot of reading, writing and complex problem solving that keeps her busy. After winding down her day with a deep yoga session, you’ll find Paige buried in the next Sci-Fi book on her list.
